We work diligently to complete all orders. Our return/refund & shipping policy is:

  • All sales are final. We do not process refunds  
  • Exchanges can be made if you received the wrong item(s) that you purchased at check out 
  • Return shipping rate payment must be paid by the customer and will be refunded to the customer after the exchange is complete

Processing time: 

  •  1 to 2 weeks from the date you order is placed.  
  • Crochet items may take 1-3 weeks from the date your order was placed 
  • Please read the description of your item for more details on processing 

 

SHIPPING 

  •  3-7 business days (delays may occur due to the current COVID-19 pandemic) 
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once we have handed your order over to the shipping carrier
