We work diligently to complete all orders. Our return/refund & shipping policy is:
- All sales are final. We do not process refunds
- Exchanges can be made if you received the wrong item(s) that you purchased at check out
- Return shipping rate payment must be paid by the customer and will be refunded to the customer after the exchange is complete
Processing time:
- 1 to 2 weeks from the date you order is placed.
- Crochet items may take 1-3 weeks from the date your order was placed
